Lohan rejects offer from a judge in the case of theft against

Lindsay Lohan on Wednesday rejected a judge's offer to end a trial for theft while his lawyer said it's because the actress has a strong defense and is confident it can be waived.
"Ms. Lohan has maintained his innocence from the time the case was filed and has never doubted," the prosecutor Shawn Holley wrote in a document released hours after the actress informed the judge who accepted his offer to an allegation. The superior court judge never gave Keith Schwartz publicly disclose the terms of its offer but said that if Lohan did not answer or was found guilty of taking a $ 2,500 necklace, the would sentence them to prison. "Although many advised him to accept the safe route 'the deal', the truth is that Miss Lohan is innocent, has a strong defense and we are confident that a jury will hear evidence in a fair and relieve" Holley wrote.
